另一個好看的地方在於它不用動作場面,也能帶給你緊張刺激的感覺。有很多間諜片充斥著大量動作和爆炸場面,剌激觀眾的官能以帶來心跳加快的緊張感覺,但我一向都認為這是最簡單的做法。我比較欣賞一些戲以氣氛取勝,也許沒有官能刺激,以鬥智的方式亦能帶給觀眾緊張感,但鬥智的確比鬥力好看,相對技巧亦較高明。此戲以編劇令人投入度倍增,當觀眾投入自然會用腦去思考和代入戲中,而每到關鍵時刻這份投入便會成為令觀眾心跳加快的催化劑。當去到最後將近揭開謎底,劇情加快節奏時,完全感受到戲中營造的緊張和刺激感。
還有此戲將間諜的爾虞我詐完美地融合伴侶間的信任問題。商場如戰場,商家為了擊敗對手,盡早收盡競爭對手的情報,力求盡早想出應對方法,殺對手一個措手不及。而最後的扭橋更指出現在商業競爭已到白熱化的階段,正是一子錯滿盤皆落索,商業醜陋的戰爭已和國家的諜戰無大分別。但其實愛情也如戰場,每當拍拖男男女女俱變身成為間諜,對任何現象也變得敏感,總疑心自己的對象有越軌的行為。男女一邊說盡甜言蜜語,一邊卻偷偷的調查對方;一邊希望搜不出任何證據,卻不由自主地尋找;甚至連眾朋友也成為間諜線眼,他說一句她又說一句的干遇當事人的抉擇。其實愛情就是這樣,一方面想信任對方,一方面卻不能信任對方,所以要收集情報去判斷值不值得信任對方。但一對不信任對方的情侶,為何還要在一起互想猜疑妒忌自討苦吃呢?也許有一句說話很老土,但越老土的說話越是真言,愛情還是應該建基於信任,若果互相猜疑的愛情其實有如商場的間諜戰,那是敵人而不是親人。
還有,很多觀眾對此戲的感覺都認為重點較放在愛情而忽略了間諜,我卻認為剛剛好。可能大部份都認為間諜應是出身入死、槍林彈雨、甚至上天下海,但間諜的首要任務是將身份保密,其實那麼多刺激動作又不是太符合間諜原則了吧!何況這是商業諜戰,重點應該放在竊取情報,如何掩飾身份等等會較真實。所以我並不覺得這戲沒有間諜味道,相反計劃偷文件,潛入敵人公司的內鬼揭力掩飾身份的場面都頗為緊張刺激,配合爾虞我詐的愛情,我認為比例剛好,組成一套易入口的間諜愛情喜劇。
整體來說,我覺得這套戲頗好看。的確包含了諜戰的緊張刺激,但亦有火花十足的甜蜜愛情。一方面寫實刻劃出現今社會商界競爭的激烈程度,他們收集情報的誇張程度;另一方面亦能帶出愛情的真言和慌話所帶來的矛盾。我還蠻喜愛以商業配合愛情的想法,突顯本質上的相同之處。無論想看迷人的Julia Roberts 演繹一段愛情喜劇,還是想看一套諜戰片,我都認為這套戲能滿足觀眾需求,的確是一套佳作。
